Selon le nouveau rapport de L\u00e9ger sur la confiance \u00e9conomique qui sera publi\u00e9 la semaine prochaine, pas tr\u00e8s bien. En fait, selon Steve Mossop, vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif, la confiance des consommateurs n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi faible. Cependant, ce que les gens disent et ce qu'ils font ne concordent pas toujours. Margot Swindall, directrice du d\u00e9veloppement des affaires chez Technomic, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es de 2022 qui montrent que les achats de boissons d'aujourd'hui ressemblent davantage aux comportements d'avant la pand\u00e9mie. Tous les pan\u00e9listes sont d'accord sur le fait que l'innovation permet d'inciter \u00e0 l'essai et de conqu\u00e9rir plus d'espace. Les tendances d\u00e9termineront les comportements, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jo-Ann McArthur, pr\u00e9sidente et fondatrice de Nourish Marketing, qui vient de publier son rapport sur les tendances alimentaires pour 2023.
