The Coffee Association of Canada is a registered not-for-profit trade organization. The CAC and its members are champions for the advancement and enjoyment of coffee in Canada – the most consumed beverage in the country. Our members include coffee roasters, retailers, importers and suppliers, as well as related associations and even just individuals who love coffee!
For more than 20 years the CAC has advocated on behalf of our membership on government policy and regulations. We work with all levels of government and in partnership with other related industry associations to influence outcomes, ensure our objectives are met and that our interests are both promoted and protected.
The CAC is also a trusted source of research and knowledge, educating and engaging members, consumers, government and the media about coffee news, health benefits and industry trends in Canada and beyond.
We are passionate about everything coffee – from bean to cup.
The Governance and Executive Committee’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the CAC will have financial and leadership capacity with a clear, consistent focus to support and achieve the Association’s strategic goals by engaging the Board, Committees, CAC Members, affiliates, CAC staff and/or other resources.
