The Coffee Association of Canada has been sharing the stories of BIPOC members of the coffee community to elevate profile and awareness and support diversity, equity and inclusion. We are expanding these profiles to include stories from other marginalized groups, highlighting successes and challenges of underrepresented members of the coffee industry.
